The author intends to highlight the problems of the poor rural students who are staying in the hostel and studying.However, the government is trying to cope up with all the problems providing them all sorts of facilities. Along with this the academic performance of the students is highlighted here that after facing so much of problems too the students are faring well in their studies.td>
